Just In: Prince William suffers ‘great loss’ as future King’s ‘wingman’ parts ways

Prince William, who is closer to the throne, suffered a major loss.

The Prince of Wales is set to make crucial decisions about who will stay in his royal circle once he becomes the King.

Royal expert Jennie Bond claimed that William is also following his father King Charles’ slimmed-down monarchy approach but his ‘wingman’ Prince Harry would miss key roles amid the ongoing feud.

In conversation with the Mirror, she said, “I don’t think Harry figures in William’s plans at all.”

She added, “It is a very sad situation because Harry was his wingman and would have been the brother he could rely on when he took on the very heavy responsibility of being King.”

Jennie mentioned that Harry would have supported William, similar to how Princess Anne steps in for her brother, King Charles, only if the Sussexes are on good terms with the royal family.

“Harry would have had an extremely senior role and been the sibling, friend, supporter and sounding board that the Princess Royal is now to her brother King Charles. It is a great loss for William, but one which I think he has now accepted,” she stated.

Prince Harry stepped down from his senior royal role alongside Meghan Markle in 2020. Since then, the Montecito couple made it to the bad books of royals due to their controversial moves.
