Shame On You: Meghan Markle slammed for ‘disgusting’ move on William and Kate troll

Meghan Markle has been criticised after sending a gift to one of her supporters, who has been accused of making vile online comments about anyone who speaks out against her. The Duchess of Sussex sent a box of As Ever goodies to The Notorious JTB, an online influencer with a big following.

“John Tyron,” as he has called himself, regularly praises the Duchess and hits back at anyone who says anything negative about her. He also criticises members of the Royal Family himself. He is rumoured to be part of the “Sussex Squad” a group of online supporters who back Meghan.

The user, who is said to be based in New York, has over 190,000 followers on Instagram and just over 150,000 on TikTok.

On Tuesday, John shared a new video on his social media, unveiling the Duchess’s “generous gift”.

The video featured the message: “The Duchess sent me a gift. This was not on my 2026 Bingo card. Wow.”

In the caption accompanying the video, the user wrote: “I received a gift from @meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and I’m still a little stunned.

If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know how much admiration I have for her. To open a package that came from her was one of those moments I’ll never forget.

“Grateful. Humbled. Smiling from ear to ear. Some days are just special. Thank you so much Meghan. [pink heart emoji]”

Back in February, he criticised the Prince and Princess of Wales after they released a statement regarding the scandal of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Jeffrey Epstein.

He wrote a caption alongside his video, which featured the message: “Future king & queen. Zero backbone. That ‘statement’ was a royal copy & paste.”

The caption read: “You wait. You watch the fallout. You drop a ‘deeply concerned.’ That’s the leadership? The internet read it for exactly what it was: polished, vague, and built to protect the brand. People want accountability, not copy-paste crisis comms. The comments said what needed to be said.”

In other videos, he’s slammed the Royal Family for their handling of Andrew.

Now, some users were not impressed by the Duchess sending gifts to someone who’s openly attacked the royals.

One user wrote on X: “Well, well, well… For years, Meghan has claimed she doesn’t read social media and isn’t aware of the conversations happening online about her.

“Yet somehow she managed to find one of the most hateful anti-Royal Family accounts on X, send a gift and include a personal handwritten note.

Quite the miracle. This confirms what many suspected all along: Meghan knows exactly who is attacking William, Catherine, Charles, Camilla and the Royal Family on her behalf.

“The only difference is that now she’s not just aware of it, she’s rewarding it. That’s not distance from online bullying. That’s endorsement! Shame on you Meghan, you’re as disgusting as they get!”

Another one commented: “It’s always been clear she and her husband know and support their fans’ attacks against the royals since the beginning and they never moved a finger to stop them!”

A third one said: “She is getting so desperate, she is bot even hiding anymore that she is indeed in touch with those vile accounts that abused and bullied Catherine.”

Meanwhile, another one wrote on Reddit: “He [The Notorious JTB] reads out the most catty put downs – from criticising the detractors, looks to their tax bracket and hair. Deeply school yard stuff. But it’s still mean, malicious and spiteful.

The irony is that he does this all on social media. You know.. the toxic social media that Meghan pontificates about?

“The same toxic media that Meghan lectured about in front of the memorial that featured images of children whose deaths were linked to online harms such as cyberbullying?

“Here’s the thing- she’s sent him a gift. And a hand written note. That’s right. Meghan – hypocrite extraordinaire has sent her most toxic sugars a gift.

The utter hypocrisy is astounding and I hope this gets picked up. How can you lecture people in the dangers of social media and gift a troll who bullies others?”

Others appeared to be touched by Meghan’s gesture, with one user writing on his social media: ““What a wonderful and thoughtful gift M has sent you. Congrats.”

Another person said: “Oh goodness, how thoughtful of her and well deserved.”

A third one commented: “That is beyond insane!! Love this for you.”

The package contained a handwritten note by the Duchess and various of As Ever’s products, including candles, honey and the latest limited edition matchsticks.
