Just In: Carlos Alcaraz’s new flame wows fans with saucy bikini snaps during US Open

Carlos Alcaraz’s rumoured new girlfriend has wowed fans while the tennis star continues his run at the US Open.

Alcaraz, 23, is in action at Flushing Meadows on Friday against Wu Yibing in the tournament’s third round after battling fatigue and injury for much of the year. Meanwhile, his reported new flame – Claudia Canals – has set pulses racing on social media.

The seven-time Grand Slam champion was first spotted with Canals on a boat along the coast of Italy back in July. Many fans were left convinced that the pair were an item, although this has not been confirmed by them.

Canals’ social media following has unsurprisingly skyrocketed since the links emerged, with the Spanish influencer now boasting 47,000 followers on Instagram.

She is a model, the founder of a social media agency, and has also appeared as an actress in adverts in both Spain and Australia.

Her Insta page is filled with brand collaborations and pictures of travels to beaches, where she typically uploads sizzling bikini snaps.

And, while her new beau stunned with a second-round win on the court, Canals captured the imagination of fans with a series of animal-print bikini photos.

She simply captioned the post: “September,” as she posed in what appeared to be a private cabana, leaving little to the imagination. And adoring fans rushed to show their appreciation for her sun-kissed skin and perfectly-toned figure.

One user commented: “Gorgeous is an understatement,” while another replied: “Yessss! So beautiful.”

Others chimed in by posting cheeky reaction gifs of Alcaraz, with fans believing they have caught on to the worst-kept romantic secret in tennis.

The Murcian’s return to action at the US Open comes after a four-and-a-half-month injury layoff caused by a right wrist issue.

He declared himself pain-free and physically ready to defend his crown, having been forced to miss Wimbledon and the French Open earlier this year.
