HOT NEWS: Queen Camilla heartbreakingly quits Major Role Amid rumours of rift with Kate Middleton – It will be hard for Queen Camilla to swallow her pride and accept Kate Middleton’s authority

Queen Camilla has quit a major role amid rumours of rift with Princess of Wales Kate Middleton.

In a joint social media post, the Royal Voluntary Service and the palace confirmed Camilla will not participate in their Festive Spread event this year to celebrate the incredible volunteers who bring joy, company, and support to so many over the holidays.

Releasing a photo of Queen Camilla from the last year event, the Royal Voluntary Service says “Last year, Her Majesty @theroyalfamily joined @royalvolservice at their Festive Spread event in London to celebrate the incredible volunteers who bring joy, company, and support to so many over the holidays.”

It further shared Camilla’s message which reads, “Thank you all for all you do for the community. As I always say, this country would collapse without you. I am eternally grateful for everything you do.”

The charity also confirmed that this year, the festive baton – and the brandy-pouring duties! – are being handed over to Rosemary Shrager with support from Morrisons Foundation.

The announcement has come amid rumours of rift between Queen Camilla and Kate Middleton.

Citing the insiders, the Closer recently reported, ‘She’s being professional and cordial when they’re together in public, but behind closed doors Camilla’s not shy at all about making her feelings known.”

Queen Camilla has also been issued a stark warning, “There’s no changing the reality that Kate will be Queen one day and Camilla could be isolated and effectively at her mercy in terms of the perks and influence within the Firm.”
