Tension Rocks The Palace: Princess Anne, Prince Edward ‘intervene’ as Andrew’s health causes concerns

King Charles may have taken a stern against his disgraced brother Prince Andrew, but his siblings have seemingly intervened as mediators to calm some tensions in a surprising move.

Andrew, who had given up the use of his royal titles and honours, is continuing to lose all signs of his regal heritage, bit by bit, which has alerted Princess Anne and Prince Edward.

The Princess Royal and the Duke of Edinburgh have remained steadfast and loyal to the monarch given their dedication to duty and service in the past weeks. Although, there has been some concerns raised as the two siblings take up the role as mediators amid Andrew’s health concerns, according to Richard Kay, Editor-at-Large of the Daily Mail.

There have been talks about discussions taking place to finally kick out Andrew from the Royal Lodge despite his cast-iron lease and that seems to be taking a toll on his mental well-being

“I think Anne and Edward have played a role,” he said about the intervention in the part the siblings took on as the King took a firm step against their shamed brother.

“I think, if anything, they;ve been concerned about their brother’s well-being, how he’s handling this intense pressure. You can’t forget there is a human being at the centre of this,” Richard insisted.

He noted that Edward, who is “closer” to Andrew, and Anne been “very concerned” about how the King handles the whole situation. He believes that there is “a duty of care” towards Andrew from his sister and younger brother.

As Andrew continues to “vigorously” deny the allegations against him, Palace quietly removed his royal banner rom its longtime place inside St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
