Prince Harry ‘insulted’ William with comments about Kate: She is the love of…

Prince Harry “insulted” Prince William with his comments about Kate in his memoir Spare, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex and the Prince of Wales have been embroiled in a feud since Harry quit his job as a working royal, moved to the US and began to heavily criticise royal life.

He then released his memoir Spare where he launched several attacks on senior royals including Princess Kate, who he claimed “fit the mould.

Earlier this year, the Princess of Wales revealed to the public that she had been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer and yesterday the palace released a video of Kate, William and their three children walking through the woods, with Kate saying that her chemotherapy had come to an end.

Speaking to GB News, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said: “Prince Harry, in his book Spare alludes to the fact that the Princess of Wales just fits the mould.

“Meghan was problematic because she didn’t fit that mould that the Royal Family has to have
That’s insulting to Prince William because this is the love of his life. And you see that in that video, this man is absolutely enamoured with the woman he chose and that they are truly in love and they love their little family.”

Speaking about the poignant video, Schofield explained: “They wanted to give us a little bit of insight into what’s been going on in their lives this summer, but I also think they wanted to caution us about what’s to come.

“The Princess of Wales is not just going to throw herself back into work. It was a very beautiful way of saying we need to manage your expectations going forward.

“What a privilege to be able to see this aspect of their lives. And I felt like it was them telling us family first. And we want to manage your expectations. The Princess of Wales is not going to be back-to-back. We’re not going to see her the way that we used to see her.”

The video – which contains a number of shots of the Waleses enjoying the forests, fields and beaches of the historic East Anglian county – is overlaid with Kate’s voice as she speaks out on her treatment’s progress.

Kate tells listeners how the last nine months had been “incredibly tough for us as a family” and notes the importance to herself and Prince William of being grateful and reflective – but it’s her message to cancer sufferers which brought the emotional video to a close.

She said: “The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.

With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.”

The princess also shed light on the possibility of making her grand return to public engagements over the next few months – and her sign-off to those diagnosed with the condition struck a chord with her audience.

Kate finished her video with the words: “To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand.

“Out of darkness, can come light, so let that light shine bright.
