Played the victim: Buckingham Palace aides reveals harrowing details of Meghan Markle’s behaviour

Horror stories from Meghan Markle’s former aides have resurfaced following the exit of 18th staffer from the Sussex team.

Prince Harry recently saw his security Chief of staff quit just after three months of his appointment, who was the key player in organising their successful Colombia tour
Moreover, while Meghan and Harry were still working royals, many stories from the staffers of a “toxic environment” came up which eventually led Prince William to separate his household from the Sussexes, author Robert Lacey revealed in book, In Battle of the Brothers.

One courtier shared that Meghan “governed by fear” and when the Duchess was brought the concerns, she responded with “It’s not my job to coddle people.”

“I overheard a conversation between Harry and one of his top aides,” one aide recalled. “Harry was screaming down the phone. Team Sussex was a really toxic environment.”

Meghan and Harry constantly have denied claims of bullying and mistreating their aides.
However, a staffer told the author that Meghan “played the victim, but was a bully” and her treatment had always been poor.

Experts have also weighed in on the Sussex employment situation.

“A revolving door of staff seems to be the norm for Harry and Meghan,” British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital. “Eighteen members of their staff have departed their team.”

Chard added that the “sad thing” is that the employees have been chosen carefully.
“They have previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performing companies and environments. I can only believe that Harry and Meghan are tricky customers and make it near impossible for their staff to excel in their roles.”
