Pippa Middleton’s family member hits out at Meghan Markle

Vogue Williams has criticised Meghan Markle’s new Netflix show “With Love, Meghan” on her podcast.

The Irish TV and radio presenter has a unique connection to the Royal Family through her husband Spencer Matthews.

Spencer is the brother of James Matthews, who is married to Pippa Middleton, sister of the Princess of Wales.

Williams did not hold back her opinions on the Duchess of Sussex’s lifestyle series during a recent episode of her podcast “My Therapist Ghosted Me.

The criticism comes amid ongoing tensions, as the Prince and Princess of Wales are reportedly not on speaking terms with Meghan.

Williams specifically targeted Meghan’s rainbow platter of fruit shown in the Netflix series.

I saw a bit where she was making her kids a rainbow platter of fruit,” Vogue said.
She contrasted this with her own more modest approach to feeding her children.

“First of all, I thought I was doing well mixing Rice Krispies and Cheerios – like, you can have two cereals in one! And she’s there like… did you see the rainbow [platter]?

While Williams admitted she personally liked the concept, she questioned its practicality.

“I personally like that, but who does that?” she remarked during the podcast discussion.
Co-host Joanne McNally expressed her distaste for one particular styling choice.

“I can’t bear a jumper round the shoulders,” McNally commented about Meghan’s outfit.

Williams enthusiastically agreed with her co-host’s assessment.

“Yeah, yeah – it’s disgusting,” she responded with laughter.

Despite her criticisms, Williams expressed a conflicted admiration for the Duchess of Sussex’s domestic perfection and seemed both impressed and bewildered by Meghan’s capabilities.

“I am obsessed with that level of perfection. But I’m like, how is she doing that?” Williams added.

Meghan’s eight-episode cooking series was panned by reviewers.
Despite the criticism, Netflix plans to release a second season of “With Love, Meghan” later in 2025.
