Meghan Markle’s half-brother denies ‘absurd’ stories she tells on Netflix: ‘We weren’t…

Although Meghan Markle’s new show ‘With Love, Meghan’ has only been streaming on Netflix since Tuesday, it is seemingly never far away from a new headline.
The latest involves Meghan’s estranged half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., who cast doubts over the childhood stories she tells on the show.
Meghan’s new show has her share tips and tricks for hosts when entertaining guests, and she is regularly joined by a celebrity.
At one point in the show, Meghan called herself a “latchkey kid” and opened up about her childhood, claiming she “grew up with a lot of fast food and TV tray dinners.”
“It feels like such a different time, but that was so normal with the microwavable kids meals.”
She also stated that she would often eat meals from Pollo Loco, Taco Bell and Jack In The Box – something she also stated in 2021 when she said she “It feels like such a different time, but that was so normal with the microwavable kids meals.”
Meghan’s half-brother pushes back on claims
Now, Meghan’s half-brother Thomas is pushing back on those claims and denying they grew up poor.
That’s just another one of the malarkey stories she sold to the royal family for sympathy,” Thomas Jr. told TalkTV. “We weren’t poor. She didn’t have to rub two nickels together at Sizzler’s salad bar.”
“The entire world knows how she treated her family, especially her father, who gave her everything. That’s why nobody’s buying it.
“Everybody’s going to watch the first episode, and it’ll be the worst critically acclaimed episode of all time. Then, five or six minutes into the second, they’ll probably commit themselves to a psychiatric ward.”
Thomas also added that watching the series was “the first time I felt sorry and embarrassed for her”, while stating that he isn’t letting his father Thomas Markle Sr. watch the show due to his declining health.
“I didn’t have enough heart medication for him to watch it,” he said. “I didn’t want him to kick the bucket, so I’d have to go refill the prescription before I let him watch it.”
