Royals fans issue telling verdict on Princess Kate’s future
Princess Catherine “will make a good Queen” in the future reveal the results of a recent Daily Express poll. Our royal poll asked how she will fare when she takes on the role of Queen. The question asked was, “Will Princess Catherine make a good Queen?”
A staggering 90.6 percent of readers (4819 votes) voted in favour of Princess Catherine doing an excellent job in future. Only 5.1 percent (266 votes) voted negatively, and 1.18 percent (61 votes) were unsure. The total number of votes stood at 5146 Daily Express readers.
This is a vital role Catherine, 44, will have when her husband Prince William accedes to the throne.
Since marrying Prince William, she’s taken on increasing public duties and patronages, especially around early childhood development and mental health.
Historically, successful queens consort, like Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, were valued for supporting the monarch, maintaining stability, and connecting with the public.
While Catherine herself does not address the future role that awaits her, William has already suggested change will be on his agenda, suggesting he has a plan in place for his time as monarch.
Prince William has explicitly stated that “change is on my agenda” when he becomes King, with a focus on bringing “change for good” and evolving the monarchy to keep it relevant.
I want to question things more,” he told Eugene Levy at Windsor Castle in an interview for the actor’s Apple TV+ series, The Reluctant Traveler.
William said: “I want to create a world in which my son is proud of what we do, a world and a job that actually does impact people’s lives for the better.”
Catherine and William have three children: Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.
