He might love him dearly, but clearly doesn’t love him enough to put up with all of his drama. There’s a new report that says there’s a good reason as to why King Charles left Prince Harry out in the cold. In other words, he didn’t include him in this year’s Christmas guest list.
Royal Family News – This Is Why King Charles Left Prince Harry Out In The Cold
And it’s all because the King of England didn’t want to make things awkward between Prince Harry, his wife Meghan Markle and the rest of the royal family. King Charles might love his son but that doesn’t mean everyone else does.
One source close to the situation says that while King Charles did what he thought was best, that doesn’t mean his heart isn’t broken over it.
The insider put it this way, “Back at Sandringham it will have been the traditional Christmas UK style that Harry knows so well.
King Charles would have loved the opportunity to see his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet, but he knew inviting Harry and Meghan would have been awkward for the rest of the family. So, there was no official invitation.”[

“Harry and Meghan were invited for Christmas at Althorp with thrice-married Uncle Charles, now Earl Spencer, but have decided to stay in California.”
The insider added, “Meghan says it’s important for her that Archie and Lilibet can have ‘connective memories’ of Thanksgiving and Christmas at home and enjoy the traditions like putting out ‘carrots for the reindeer.’”
With that said, even if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did receive an invite to celebrate Christmas with the royals, it doesn’t look like they would go anyway.
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
