“It’s Becoming More Unbearable Than I Thought” — David Beckham Admits Creating Memories with His Children Is More Important Than Ever Amid Family Tension

David Beckham has spoken candidly about the emotional weight of family life in the public eye, admitting that recent months have felt “more unbearable than I thought” — while stressing that creating lasting memories with his children now matters more than ever.
The former England captain, known for his composed public persona, is said to have reflected deeply on fatherhood amid ongoing speculation about tensions within the Beckham family. Though he did not go into specific details, his message was clear: family comes first.

David Beckham had admitted “creating memories with the kids is important” to him, amid his feud with his son Brooklyn.

Last month, Brooklyn– who is the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham – released an explosive statement on his Instagram stories, stating that he will “not reconcile with [his] family”, and claiming that David and Victoria are “trying endlessly to ruin [his] relationship.”

Throughout the past year, rumours had been rife that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, had grown distant from his parents, former footballer David and Spice Girls singer Victoria.

As the rift continues, David has now shared an insight into a special trip that he recently took with his youngest child – 14-year-old daughter Harper.

On Monday, the 50-year-old took to Instagram to post a selection of photos and videos from his skiing holiday with Harper.

The sweet post showcased the daddy-daughter duo skiing down the slopes, taking selfies, and going out for dinner together.

In the caption of his post, David went on to confess that “creating memories” with his four children – Brooklyn (26), Romeo (23), Cruz (21) and Harper (14) – has “always” been a priority for him.

“Creating memories with the kids either together or one on one has always been been important to me,” he penned.

“So this week me and Harper created a few more memories 🤍 Love you pretty lady 🤍 @harperbeckham,” he gushed further.

Many fans of the Beckhams have since been taking to his comments section to express their continued well-wishes.

One very special dad ❤️ a time Harper will always remember,” one replied.

“She is so beautiful and it’s great to make memories together with the kids. Bravo dad ❤️👏,” another responded.

“You are a good father ❤️😍,” a third added.

In his damning statement last month, Brooklyn alleged that his brothers Romeo and Cruz had been “sent to attack [him] on social media.

He wrote at the time: “Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, I’ve received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders.

“Even my brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this last Summer,” he added.

Brooklyn did not mention Harper in his statement, and so it is believed that both he and his wife Nicola want to maintain a relationship with her.
