Breaking News: “This Is Huge for the Beckham Family” — David and Victoria Beckham Sell Their $24.6 Million Miami Penthouse

The Beckham family has just made a major move in the luxury property world. David and Victoria Beckham have reportedly sold their stunning $24.6 million Miami penthouse, a decision that’s already sparking buzz among fans and real estate watchers alike.
The sale marks the end of an era for one of the couple’s most glamorous homes—and possibly the beginning of a new chapter in how they manage their ever-growing global lifestyle.
David and Victoria Beckham were among the first buyers at famed architect Zaha Hadid’s Miami skyscraper, One Thousand Museum, snapping up a $19.8 million penthouse shortly after the building opened in 2020. Now, the couple just sold the full-floor residence for $24.6 million, reports The Real Deal, making roughly $5 million on the sale.
The Beckhams—who have a globe-spanning property portfolio—scoped out the 62-story building as construction was wrapping up in the summer of 2019, prior to putting in an offer. At the time, David was eyeing a move to South Florida as he launched his Major League Soccer team, Inter Miami CF. They made the condo purchase via Beckham Brand Limited, David’s partnership and licensing firm.
Featuring Hadid’s signature fluid lines, the soaring condo tower is one of the last buildings the Pritzker Prize–winning architect designed before her sudden death in 2016 (and one of only two American residential projects her firm ever completed). Its most striking feature is its fiberglass-reinforced exoskeleton, which spans the entire structure and reduces the need for interior columns. Amenities in the luxury building—which is located across the street from the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science and the Pérez Art Museum Miami—include a rooftop helipad, aquatic center, and sundeck.
The couple’s former unit occupies the entire 59th floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, five bedrooms, and multiple terraces with ocean views. In 2021, Victoria shared a small glimpse inside the living room, but otherwise the couple has kept the interiors under wraps.
In 2024, they further expanded their Florida holdings, paying $72.3 million for a massive Miami Beach mansion directly on Biscayne Bay, which they still own.
