SHOCKING NEWS: Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s heartbreaking tactic make Beatrice and Eugenie feel ‘guilty’

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was pictured horse riding this week in Windsor alone as the Royal Family began to celebrate the Christmas period. Earlier this week, Andrew, 65, was spotted riding in the rain, while his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, attended the pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace.

With Andrew shunned from the celebrations as a result of the scandals he has faced this year, he appeared complete contrast to his happy daughters. One body language expert has said that if he didn’t want Beatrice and Eugenie to feel guilty about going to the royal lunch, he should have taken another approach.

Speaking to The Mirror, body language expert Judi James said: “Andrew’s appearance could hardly be more designed to create a total visual contrast to that of his grinning, chuckling daughters, cocooned in the warmth of their car as they drove off to a joyful-looking family Christmas that he would apparently not be attending.

She added: “If you want to not make people close to you feel any trace of guilt about going to a bash you are not, you might normally wave them off cheerily while cuddling up in front of a TV movie with Deliveroo on speed dial”.

In addition to not being invited to the royal Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace, Andrew has also not been invited to spend Christmas Day at Sandringham next week.

Instead, the former Prince is likely to spend the day at Royal Lodge – the home he will be vacating next year – or with friends, with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson also expected to be with him.

It is not yet known whether Eugenie and Beatrice will see their father and mother on the big day, or spend it with the rest of the Royal Family.

The sisters have made various appearances over the last few months since their parents’ scandals, but have not commented on the situation.

Instead, they have put on a smile and carried out charity work as normal, despite not being working royals.

They have also both been able to keep their royal titles, despite the fact that their parents have been stripped of theirs.
