Just In: Princess Anne’s interaction with Prince Louis delights royal fans
King Charles and Queen Camilla led senior royals to St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham to attend the Christmas Day service on Thursday.
Among others, Princess Anne also attended the royal family’s traditional Christmas Day church service.
A video of the Princess Royal talking Prince Louis, the youngest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, was widely circulated online, with royal fans expressing delight over their connection.
Anne, the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth, has stood by the monarchy as it navigated through numerous scandals and crises. She has successfully maintained neutrality in feuds involving King Charles and his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry and continued to perform royal duties diligently.
Meanwhile, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie also attended the royal family’s traditional Christmas Day church service, while their father Andrew, recently stripped of his titles over ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, was absent.
Charles and Camilla walked ahead while the Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, and their three children, followed.
Other family members included Princess Anne and her husband Tim Laurence, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh with their children, as well as the king’s niece Zara and her husband Mike Tindall.
Now known only as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the king’s younger brother has faced mounting pressure over his links to Epstein..
