Prince Harry shows true colours with brutal 13-word dig at Prince William

Prince Harry made a 13-word dig about Prince William in his bombshell memoir, Spare. The Duke of Sussex has been estranged from the Royal Family since he stepped down as a senior working royal in 2020 and moved to America but his relationship with his older brother has been particularly frosty in recent years.
In his memoir, released in January 2023, the duke wrote about one of the few reunions he had with his family since his exit in April 2021, when Harry returned to the UK to attend his grandfather, the late Prince Philip’s funeral. The incident occurred just weeks after the Sussexes’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March – when they made a series of claims about the royals. In the book, Harry wrote about the tense meeting between his father, King Charles and the Prince of Wales and claimed that meeting after the funeral resulted in the two brothers arguing with the King, having to intervene by telling them: “Please, boys – don’t make my final years a misery.
it was that moment that, Harry made a cruel realisation about his brother.
He wrote in Spare: “All at once, something shifted inside of me. I looked at Willy, really looked at him, maybe for the first time since we were boys. I took it all in.”
The duke made his 13-word dig at his brother: “His familiar scowl, which had always been his default in dealings with me.”
He added: “His alarming baldness, more advanced than my own; his famous resemblance to Mummy, which was fading with time. With age.
some ways he was my mirror, in some ways he was my opposite. My beloved brother, my arch nemesis, how had that happened?”
The two brother’s strained relationship was evident last summer when Harry came back to the UK again to attend their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes’s funeral. Lord Fellowes was the brother-in-law of the late Princess Diana.
Sources who attended the funeral claimed the two princes did not exchange a single word at the funeral.
