Prince Harry appears to be losing his last remaining ties to the royal family after he was left heartbroken after the latest announcement.
King Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer last year, was briefly hospitalised due to side effects of his treatments took toll on Thursday. While Harry was personally phoned about the diagnosis by his father last year, Harry learned of the hospitalisation from the news like the rest of the public.
Harry has very limited ties connecting him back to his family and now it seems his last relations have also soured with time.
The Duke of Sussex had also maintained a close bond with his cousin Princess Eugenie. The Sussexes reportedly extended a Christmas invite to her family. Moreover, the couple is rumoured to have bought a house close to Eugenie in Portugal.

However, the friendship took a wrong turn after Eugenie was spotted with Harry and Meghan’s biggest critic, Piers Morgan.
“A dim view was taken of this, as Piers has clashed with Meghan and Harry in the past,” a friend told The Sun. “Eugenie has been supportive of Harry and Meghan for years and was right there at the beginning of their relationship — but it has now soured.”
Another source shared that Harry misses his family and wishes to hangout with his friends in the UK. However, his only friends are now “Meghan’s friends’ husbands”.
Last year, Harry was granted a half-hour meeting with his cancer-stricken father at Clarence House after he received the call.
Now, it seems that Charles will no longer to be extending that same courtesy to his younger son, signalling worsening relations between the Duke and his family in the UK.
