Royal fans share four-word response as Carole Middleton copies Princess Kate’s…

Carol Middleton turned heads at a charity event after wearing a stylish and elegant gingham jacket. Princess Kate’s mother took note of her latest look and decided to recreate a version of her own as she attended Turn The Tables 2025 on Monday, an event held in aid of Cancer Research UK. The 70-year-old exuded class and confidence as she made her first public appearance of 2025. Carol was spotted in an L.K Bennett Gingham Tweed Tailored Jacket, which she wore in October 2022.
She paired this with a pair of sleek black trousers and the Kate navy quilted leather shoulder bag by Jaeger. Eagle-eyed royal fans quickly picked up on her sophisticated ensemble which sparked a frenzy. Many shared the same response. One user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “She looks so lovely.” A second said: “She looks so beautiful” Another agreed: “She looked beautiful at this event!” Meanwhile a fourth chimed in and penned: “So love Carole Middleston’s fashion sense. She & Pippa are always beautifully classic & right on point. Love them both!
However, it appears Carol took swapped style notes with her daughter Princess Kate, 43. The wife of Prince William is renowned for her sustainable contributions to fashion and often re-wears staples.
For her latest look in Wales, she had to dig deep into her wardrobe as she pulled out a piece that was nearly two decades old.
The Princess of Wales sported a brown tweed jacket, which was reportedly purchased from Ralph Lauren and dates back to 2007.
Meanwhile, Carole’s jacket was not only a re-wear from nearly three years ago but it was also made from the same tweed material as Kate’s.
Carole is a huge fan of British clothing brands, and just like her daughter, will mix high-street with luxury designers
Last summer she was spotted in a silk cotton maxidress from Me+Em when she attended Wimbledon. The dress was in shades of pink, green, and blue, and had a flowing skirt, long sleeves, and an Empire waistline.
Back in 2011, the night before Princess Kate tied the knot with Prince William, Carole was also spotted in a stunning blue midi dress with a structured silhouette that featured a wrap neckline from Karen Millen.
