Prince Harry’s former servant ‘humiliates’ him by revealing a story that should never have come out

Prince Harry has long been a subject of public fascination, but a new book has now revealed an unflattering behind-the-scenes glimpse into his time as a working royal as a former servant ‘humiliates’ the Duke of Sussex by comparing him to a comedy character,

Speaking anonymously in Tom Quinn’s upcoming book Yes, Ma’am – The Secret Life of Royal Servants, the member of the household shared details about Harry’s temperament, humorously likening him to the bumbling Prince Regent from the British comedy Blackadder.

According to the insider, Harry had a tendency to overreact to minor mistakes, including a time when the servant unintentionally disrupted some of his papers and bore the brunt of the erroneous error.

“He was immediately angry, and it was out of proportion to the problem,” the anonymous servant told Quinn. “Or at least I thought it was.

We thought it was a bit rich complaining about me being muddled given that Harry was probably the most muddled of all the royals of his generation.

Staff often compared him to Hugh Laurie’s Prince Regent character in Blackadder, who was notoriously inept and struggled with even the simplest of tasks in the popular British sitcom, which stars Rowan Atkinson as the lead.

“People used to say that without a servant,” they added. “Harry would take two weeks to put his own trousers on.”
However, despite these remarks, the book also portrays Harry as charming and sensitive, though prone to sudden irritation, a trait much like his father King Charles and brother Prince William.

Meghan Markle’s influence sowed Prince Harry disdain
In addition to shedding light on Harry’s past behavior, the book also examines the impact of Meghan Markle on his life and royal duties.

One source alleged that Meghan’s ambition to become a global humanitarian figure clashed with the structured nature of royal life.

The book suggests that Harry, once seen as content in his royal role, became increasingly dissatisfied after meeting Meghan and adopted her perspective, believing he was being “neglected, sidelined, and undervalued” by the Royal Family.

“Before Meghan,” a source added. “He was reasonably happy, pretty easy-going, and had a good relationship with William and Kate.”
