Prince William, Kate Middleton makes their feelings clear on social media amid Meghan’s…
Prince William and Kate Middleton have implemented strict social media rules for their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, to protect them from the harms that come with the digital media.
According to a source, the kids are not allowed to have their own social media accounts, but instead use shared family accounts with parental controls.
George, Charlotte and Louis can only follow accounts approved by the Prince and Princess of Wales and can only view the content as they are banned from posting.
“They’d love to be able to totally shield them from social media, but the older they get, the harder that is. So instead, they’ve decided on a lot of rules,” the insider told Life & Style.
“Screen time in general is very limited for them,” the insider continued. “They have their shows they like to watch but they’re encouraged to do other things like playing outside and reading.”
“William and Kate know they can’t protect them forever but they’re very keen to teach them healthy habits and keep them safe for as long as they can.”
William and Kate’s views on social media come after Meghan Markle made a dramatic return to social media with a new Instagram account.
