William, Kate under stress as Harry use Windsor Castle break-in to prove point
Prince William and Kate Middleton reportedly fear that Prince Harry will cite the burglary occurred near their Windsor Castle home, Adelaide Cottage, in his UK security row.
As per reports, William and Kate were left terrified after masked raiders climbed a six-foot fence and stole vehicles from Shaw Farm, located in the grounds of the royal residence.
While protective measures have been taken, the Royal family thinks the Duke of Sussex will use this incident to prove his point about security concerns in the country.
Harry recently said that he will not bring his wife, Meghan Markle, to the UK, due to safety concerns and is now expected to use this security scare to argue that the UK is not as safe as some may claim.
Speaking on the matter, a source told Closer Magazine, “There is a tinge of annoyance that the Windsor Castle raid happened, because it does give the Sussexes ammunition to argue that the UK is not as safe as some may say it is.”
They added, “This just feeds into Harry’s theory, and there’s a fear that the Sussexes could use this latest incident as part of their argument.”
“But ultimately, what matters most to William and Kate is that everyone is safe and they’re just grateful for that more than anything else.”
