Harry is a lost soul: Princess Kate makes honest admission about Royal feud and offers…
Princess Kate is reportedly trying her best to mend Prince William and younger brother Prince Harry’s relationship, following a rocky few years within the family.
Previously dubbed ‘The Fab Four’, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate once shared a close bond, before the former pair’s decision to step down from royal duties in 2020.
Since their move to America shortly after Megxit, the couple have opened up about their time in the royal family in various interviews, as well as Harry’s autobiography Spare. Amongst the many bombshell revelations so far, Harry claimed that Will attacked him during a confrontation in 2019, and that Meghan and Kate also had an alleged minor fallout about the Sussexes’ 2018 wedding day.
As the family’s relationship with Harry is still seemingly in a difficult place, Princess Kate is now reportedly keen for things to be back to how they used to be, but William is said to not be so keen.
A source said: “Kate looks at Harry and sees a very lost soul. She’s so saddened that it’s come to this situation where he’s completely excommunicated himself from the whole family and and seems trapped in a miserable position
There now seems to be this wall that can’t be broken down.”
Insiders tell Closer Magazine that Kate has been encouraging her husband to reach out to Harry, but no action has taken place so far.
While talks of a reunion could be on the cards, one thing bound to get in the way are the pairs’ respective locations.
William and Kate remain in the UK with their three children; George, Charlotte and Louis, while Harry and Meghan live in California’s Montecito with five-year-old son Archie and three-year-old daughter Lilibet.
Back in July, Prince Harry said he would not bring Meghan back to the UK because he fears for her safety, due to limited security.
The Duchess of Sussex last visited the UK for the late Queen’s funeral in 2022, while Harry returned back in May this year for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in London.
According to royal author and expert Tom Quinn, Meghan is only prepared to the UK if absolutely necessary, on one condition.
He said: “Meghan has said she’s only prepared to return to England if she and Harry have a place of their own and the security they both feel is essential.
Meghan will never return to the UK and stay with her husband’s relatives.”
He continued: “If the couple manage to find a permanent home and sort out the security issue they will certainly want to bring their children to the UK.
“But it’s going to take a lot of diplomacy to get to the point where Archie and Lili are able to develop a genuine and warm relationship with their cousins George, Charlotte and Louis.
